Context
The Save the Children Italia Staff Meeting is an annual happening that gathers something like 300 employees and collaborators, and it has a very strong tradition within the Organization. The meeting on December 17, 2020 could only be experienced remotely. The narrative concept of this edition was “Stay” (also as “Remain”): in mission, with the values, with the communities and in every corner of the world, with the sole objective of saving the lives of children and building a worthy future for them. All in all, “remain” an integral, operational and efficient Organization, one in continuous adaptation with a spirit of innovation, facing an unprecedented crisis.

Process
The need was to seamlessly combine pre-recorded videos and live storytelling with a session of virtual interaction, creating an emotional and motivational treatment of voices, faces both from the staff and guests, linked to the concept of “Stay”.

Solution
We managed the multidimensional direction of the event, its technical aspects, together with the creation of animated graphics and a video that collected the contributions of the participants, following the hashtag #holottatoperrestare. We designed an accelerated collaborative real-time activity supporting people with digital tools such as Miro boards and Zoom breakouts, to collect the lively contribution of the participants and their vision of the incoming future.
