Talents at work
Context
THE (Times Higher Education) and ETH Zurich brought together leaders from the world’s best and most ambitious universities and research-led companies to participate in a 2-days summit to explore the nature, context and location of talent in the 21st century, and how universities can ensure that they continue to play a vital and transformative role in the new global cultivation of human development
Process
We worked with ETH to find ways to engage with content and participants to make the best of their conference experience, from the pre-event site visits to the various presentations and plenary sessions, panels and debriefing moments. We went through the agenda together to build a visual environment that would surround their experience and help make sense of all the content emerging throughout the days of the conference.
Solution
We digitally scribed the panels in the plenary to give immediate feedback to the conversation and help the audience to focus on the content emerging and make conceptual links visible.
We also built a Knowledge Wall where we visually summarized the concepts emerging from the various sessions into one, synthesized and comprehensive big picture. This one supported the speakers in the final plenary session to highlight some of the key take-aways and it has then been printed and distributed to all participants.
