Shared objectives to save the planet

Context
Global Commons Alliance is a network of public and private stakeholders with the shared goal of establishing scientific targets at a global level to create a sustainable future for our planet. Their work, initiated a few years ago, consists of collaborative workshops and meetings to share experiences, providing stakeholders with useful information and data.

Process
We have been collaborating with The Value Web to create the best possible experience for people participating to the workshops, making their interactions and collaborations as effective as possible – even if virtual. Work sessions involve up to 150 participants at a time and the main goal is make their overall impression easy and engaging.

Solution
We supported the sessions co-designing the agenda and the interactions among participants, visualizing conversations in real-time and helping groups to synthesize their work in a visual way, easy to share. Finally, we coordinated the tech side of the event, hosting the Zoom sessions and using our MyEvent platform to organize registration, the agenda, pre-readings and participants’ needs in general.
