Re-imagining the future of institutions

Context
During their annual conference, OECD organized a series of sessions for the discussion and ideation of new possible approaches on the future of institutions. These are valuable moments to have a collaborative conversation on sensitive topics.

Process
We worked with Matter Group to design and facilitate three collaborative sessions with the specific goal of transforming a big and neutral room into a warm, welcoming space, rich of insights related to the conference’s contents.

Solution
During a preparatory day we built and colored about one hundred boxes to dress the environment and to display data, quotes and information. In addition, we were responsible to graphically capture in real time conversations in plenary and, finally, to create a short report of the sessions.
