Possible futures

Context
Villa Russiz is a unique entity: a reality that has been producing high-quality wine since the 1800s, using the proceeds to support and maintain a shelter for children from critical family situations. Villa Russiz engaged DOF Consulting for a program of alignment and growth for the staff of the family home, which subsequently led to a desire to make changes to the physical structure and spaces of the company.

Process
Together with DOF, we organized a festival within the company’s premises to generate new visions of possible futures. Additionally, we worked on creating a series of illustrations to be displayed on the facade of the family home, reflecting the concepts, places, and values of the structure.

Solution
With our partner DMAV Social Art Ensemble, we decorated the facade of the family home, involving the boys and girls residing there in the process. We contributed to the construction of the festival, defined its visuals, and conducted a workshop during the first Happiness Camp, discussing visualization and happiness.
