From the Front of the Room
Context
Facilitating a workshop requires mastery of different activities: involvement of the right people, understanding the questions to be asked, giving useful input, building an effective agenda, managing the team’s ecosystems, guiding the group trying to get the best out of the participants. The book “From the Front of the Room-Notes on Facilitation for Experienced Practitioners” by our colleague Dan Newman, deals in particular with front-of-room facilitation.
Process
To design the book, we focused on end-users – the facilitators themselves – to create a simple yet powerful tool enabling them to support large team in the building of collaborative solutions.
Solution
The design and production of hard-bound and e-book editions employing diagrams, illustrations and highly-readable text in a handsome object, distributed through our online shop and on Amazon in hard-cover and Kindle editions.
