Digital publication on training
Context
Kiko, the Italian cosmetics company, must comply with the provisions of the law about mandatory training of its employees. Training is typically a topic considered unimportant by users: manuals and classes are generally standardized and undistinguished.
Process
We analyzed the contents of a training course to identify how we could generate greater interest. We assembled the most effective graphic and communication tools using technologies that enhance the interaction between users and rich content, always complying with legal requirements surrounding certification.
Solution
An interactive digital publication, aimed at involving the user: photographs and icons support the contents, illustrations and animations used to explain in a direct and practical way. The final document can be used by any device and platform, allowing the user to register and sign the completion of the class, including a final test.
