A virtual experience that puts wellness at its core
Context
Our friends at Peplo called us as soon as they had to answer Biogen’s request. The multinational corporation, specialized in neuro-scientific research and treatments, asked them to imagine and organize their annual gathering. A moment to share information and, most importantly, an occasion to revisit the values of the business, which is very focused on the well-being of its employees.
Process
While Peplo coordinated the work and created the content for the different activities, we designed and developed a series of communication materials to emphasize a sense of belonging and participation, but also of fun and engagement, for a usually in-person meeting that had to become digital due to the COVID19.
Communication supported the creation of experiential spaces for all participants: in particular, we supported the creation of the graphics of the digital Escape Room designed by Peplo.
Solution
In preparation to the event we realized the coordinated identity of the online communication: mailing, teaser images, presentation templates. We also contributed to the graphics of the Escape Room, a game that involved, in parallel, different groups of about ten people each. The goal was to win a series of tests and challenges along the game. Furthermore, everything about the event has been conveyed on our MyEvent platform, helping users to easily gather all the information in a single, digital space.
