A digital community

Context
EROI, Emilia-Romagna Open Innovation, is the digital community open to anyone who is willing to innovate by collaborating, finding solutions and trading skills. We collaborated with ARTER, that designed the platform with the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy, to realize a series of video animations to support the project’s launch campaign.

Process
We designed a visual imagery that plays with the platforms’ acronym (EROI means “heroes”): a digital world of superheroes-innovators that handle real-life problems. The two worlds are clearly differentiated by two color palettes and EROI’s features are narrated in a playful and clear way.

Solution
Five video animations explain the main features of the Emilia-Romagna Open Innovation platform, such as interests, challenges and how thematic groups work. The videos have become a fundamental piece of the digital campaign to launch the project.
