Context
Idealservice embarked on a long internal journey to define a behavioral agreement, the result of a collaborative process, guided by DOF Consulting, that led the business to define what are the concrete actions supporting their culture, how they’re perceived and translated into daily practices. After all this, they needed to create a tangible product, creative and easy to understand, to help convey the results of the internal and external work.

Process
We worked together with DOF Consulting, who was in charge of copywriting, to define a design style and a layout that displayed information and at the same time reflected the values emerged. We studied the content in depth to be able to visually synthesized Idealservice’s behaviors and values. The illustrations offer a new approach with respect to the brand’s communication.

Solution
A well-finished short book, with a silk-screen cover and a thread sewn binding. The project is the result of the combination of design and images, with a solid layout yet open to creativity. It embodies the heart of the initiative and will help employees remember key behaviors with pride and lightness.
