Facilitating interactive spaces to actively engage festival audiences

At Future 4 Cities — the festival created by Will Media to explore urban transformation through a sustainable and inclusive lens — we designed and facilitated two interactive spaces aimed at actively engaging the public in reflecting on the future of cities.

We created a large illustrated wall to collect ideas, hopes, and visions from participants, asking them what must not be missing in the city of the future.

At the same time, we followed the talks on stage in real time with a live scribing session, turning content into projected visuals that enriched the conversation.

The result was a participatory visual communication experience, where the city of tomorrow took shape through collective imagination.
