For quite some time, we’ve been official supporters of Slow Food Italia — a true partnership that allowed us to fully engage with a topic close to our hearts: the future of food. From designing participatory processes and facilitating workshops, to creating installations, exhibition paths, and animated videos.
For Terra Madre 2022, Slow Food invited us to design the fair’s education area — a space created to bring children and teens closer to the themes of biodiversity in a simple, stimulating, and accessible way.
We designed an exhibition path made up of illustrated panels, infographics, and educational materials — all tailored to be attractive and easy to understand for young audiences.
The space took the shape of an immersive environment, built to encourage curiosity and support learning through play.

In 2020, the restrictions due to Covid-19 prevention regulations led us to support Slow Food in moving Terra Madre Salone del Gusto — their international food event — online. Graphic facilitation helped keep participant engagement high by clearly and concisely communicating the event’s flow. We also designed an animated video explaining what Slow Food does and how to support the movement.

With Agugiaro, a historic flour producer and Slow Food supporter, we launched a project focused on raising awareness and providing training on sustainability for all the actors in its supply chain: distributors, pizza makers, pastry chefs, bakers, and restaurateurs.
That’s how Un sacco di cambiamento (“A Bag Full of Change”) was born — a traveling format made up of meetings, testimonies, and group work that took us all across Italy, collecting stories, reflections, and best practices.
The project laid the foundation for an active and aware community capable of driving real change.

Together with Slow Food Italia APS, we also contributed to the creation of a new training model for future local leaders — a network of people capable of designing, engaging, and guiding.
We designed and facilitated a three-day collaborative workshop, working with participants to surface the unique traits of each territory and raise awareness of leadership as part of a shared network.
All workshop materials were printed in real time, resulting in a practical guidebook — a toolkit each participant took home to support their journey.
