We’ve been collaborating with the Global Maritime Forum since before 2018, when it was still known as the Danish Maritime Forum and was beginning to establish itself as an independent organization committed to addressing the challenges of global seaborne trade.

Today, GMF is a key player in the sector, with related initiatives focused on decarbonization and inclusivity — culminating in the annual Global Maritime Forum Summit.

Each year, we support the design of the Global Maritime Forum’s annual Summit, held in a different city each time, working alongside the team to tackle the unique challenges that arise.

From facilitating sessions and scribing plenaries to creating signage and all post-event communication tools — including video interviews, reports, postcards — we follow every step of the process.

In recent years, we also developed the Treasure Box for partners: an elegant package containing the printed report, stickers, posters, origami… and other surprises designed to delight participants and thank them for their trust.

The resolutions made during the Summits have evolved into concrete commitments, each becoming an ongoing initiative of the Global Maritime Forum. This is how the Poseidon Principles, Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance, Getting to Zero Coalition, and All Aboard Alliance were born.

We worked closely with the teams to design the visual identity for each of these initiatives — and later supported the rebranding process to ensure consistency and visual harmony across all entities.

The result is an integrated communication system, applied across a wide range of formats: invitations, informational materials, merchandise, printed and digital publications.
