At Housatonic, when it comes to scribing, we place the highest value on the process of mapping conversations in real time — even more than on the final visual output.

That said, the walls and panels filled with words and illustrations can act as catalysts for further reflection.

This is exactly what happened at the FBN (Family Business Network) Directors Meeting in Baveno, on the beautiful Lake Maggiore, in early April 2025.

It was a strategic and design-focused gathering that brought together 50 global leaders and board members, who shared meaningful moments of exchange and learning on key topics such as governance, education, advocacy, and cross-fertilisation — all aimed at strengthening both the organization and the bonds within the community.
