The initiative “What Sustainability Means to Us” — starting with its very name — was born out of the need to create a pathway that helps people consciously integrate sustainability principles into their professional lives. At the heart of the initiative is a series of workshops we designed as a space for active and transformative dialogue. By working with collective intelligence, we facilitated conversations among participants from diverse backgrounds, encouraging idea-sharing and the collaborative development of concrete strategies — moving beyond slogans. The sessions were supported by scribing and custom communication tools we designed specifically to tell the story of the project. The journey focused in particular on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) challenges across different industrial sectors, highlighting the value of multidisciplinary collaboration when addressing complex scenarios. The workshops triggered a true cultural shift: an invitation to think of sustainability as a daily, inclusive, and evolving practice. An experience that left its mark on us too, strengthening the sense of responsibility that guides us in every project.
