Making Multiple Sclerosis visible and understandable

Making the invisible visible is our specialty — and one of the reasons why the challenge presented by AISM, the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association, is so close to our hearts. Multiple Sclerosis can be difficult to understand and explain, and we’ve worked to untangle that complexity in various ways — starting with videos created for different audiences: medical professionals, patients, and young people, including children and teens. Each time, we tailored our communication to be clear, thoughtful, and engaging. We also take part every year in the AISM Youth Event — an intense moment of dialogue and personal growth — designing visual and participatory experiences to foster engagement. In 2022, for example, we created the Book of Connections: a long roll of paper laid across two tables, where over 250 young people shared reflections, fears, and hopes.
